The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Rafael J. Oquendo, 42, 67 Springfield St. No. 2, Lawrence, was arrested Sunday at 5:59 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officer Ryan Collins made the arrest on Beach Road.

Jody L. Tucker, 40, 52 Mill Lane, Seabrook, was arrested Sunday at 6:36 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and possession of a class A substance. Officer Collins, Sgt. Eugene Scione and a state police trooper made the arrest on Northend Boulevard.

Tara N. Perry, 34, 10 Pinehurst Ave., Dracut, was issued a summons Sunday at 6:04 p.m. on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Officer James Leavitt issued the summons on Elm Street.


The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Derrick R. Ortega, 19, 16 Tenny St., No. 2, Methuen, was arrested Sunday at 6:43 p.m. and charged with possession of a controlled/narcotic drug to distribute, transporting alcoholic beverages and possession of drugs in a motor vehicle. At the same time, Vanessa Sanchez, 18, 24 Birch St., Lawrence, and a 17-year-old juvenile were arrested and charged with possession of a controlled/narcotic drug and unlawful possession of alcohol. Officer David Hersey and Sgt. Jason Allen made the arrests on Ocean Boulevard.

Carly E. Robinson, 20, 405 Jones Road, Falmouth, was arrested Sunday at 10:46 p.m. and charged with theft by unauthorized taking. Officer Joseph Lister made the arrest at the Seabrook police station.


The following item was recorded in the Georgetown police log:

Gregory Hanewich, 39, 46 Boa Lane, Seabrook, was arrested Monday at 7:21 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officer Adam Raymond made the arrest on North Street.


The following item was recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Mynor Chavez-Lopez, 21, 116 Franklin St., Lynn, was issued a summons Sunday at 1:55 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a license. Trooper Lione issued the summons in Newbury.
