NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded Thursday, June 12, at Newburyport District Court with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

Ashley Lunn, 25, 6 Scotland Road, Hampton, N.H.; unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, dismissed; speeding, not responsible (Newburyport).

Kaitlyn McBride, 23, 13 South Kimball Road, Haverhill; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding for a year, complete alcohol safety awareness program, 45-day loss of license, $250 OUI fee, $50 OUI Victims Fund, $250 Head Injury Fund, $50 Victim-Witness Fund; open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, responsible, filed; marked lanes, not responsible (Amesbury).

Nickolas Berger, 25, 21 Lisa Circle, Merrimac; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, guilty, 10 days in house of correction, credit for time served, $50 VWF (Merrimac).

Enrique Santos, 26, 17 Barrett Court, No. 1, Lynn; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, continued without finding for six months, $50 VWF (Rowley).

Marie A. Antone, 63, 52 Amesbury Road, Newton, N.H.; shoplifting, three months general continuance, stay away from Stop & Shop, $50 VWF (Amesbury).

Angel Gomez, 27, 7 Nichols St., Haverhill; possession of a class D substance, dismissed (Amesbury).

Timothy L. Watkins, 44, 10 West Ox Pasture Lane, Rowley; using motor vehicle without authority, continued without finding for 18 months (Rowley).

Scott A. McAuley, 38, 92 Prospect St., Amesbury; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, guilty, $500 fine, $125 surfine, $50 VWF; speeding, responsible, filed (Salisbury); operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, guilty, $500 fine, $125 surfine, $50 VWF (Salisbury).

Lynette M. Goss, 43, 8 Carriage Hill Road, No. 8, Amesbury; malicious destruction of property less than $250, guilty, six months probation, $50 VWF, may perform community service in lieu of probation fee; disorderly conduct, guilty, filed (Newburyport).

Alex Selicki, 22, 19 Madison St., rear, Amesbury; resisting arrest, continued without finding for six months, $50 VWF; assault and battery, six months general continuance, no abuse of victim; vandalize property, six months general continuance, $125 restitution to Amesbury Police Department; disorderly conduct, continued without finding for six months; wanton destruction of property more than $250, dismissed (Amesbury).
