AMESBURY

The following item was recorded in the Amesbury police log:

James Matthew Zsofka, 45, 230 Lawrence Road, Salem, N.H., was issued a summons Tuesday at 1:25 a.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding in violation of special regulations. Officers David Noyes and Denis Champagne Jr. issued the summons on Macy Street.

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Chelsea O’Gorman, no fixed address, Seabrook, was arrested Monday at 3:51 p.m. and charged with heroin possession and a previous warrant. At the same time, Casey Vigneant, 30, 335 Merrimack St., No. 1, Lawrence; and Roseanna F. Dorman, 20, 11 Maple Ridge Road, Seabrook, were issued summonses on a charge of heroin possession. Vigeant was also summonsed on a charge of possession of a class B substance (crack cocaine). Officer Richard Dellaria and Sgt. Timothy Hunter made the arrest on Collins Street.

Chris E. Estes, 54, 9A Nova Drive, Pepperell, was arrested Monday at 8:39 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), marked lanes and a number plate violation. Officer Dellaria and Sgt. Hunter made the arrest on Beach Road.

SEABROOK

The following item was recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Michael A. Burney, 29, 20 Adder Lane, Seabrook, was arrested Monday at 7:20 p.m. and charged with possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. Officer David Hersey made the arrest at a Route 1 gas station.

WEST NEWBURY

The following item was recorded in the West Newbury police log:

Amanda Atchley, 20, 29 Highland St., Amesbury, was arrested Monday at 9:48 p.m. and charged with possession of a class B drug and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. Officer Barry Coker and Sgt. Dan Cena made the arrest on Main Street.

ROWLEY

The following item was recorded in the Rowley police log:

A 16-year-old juvenile was arrested Monday at 9:59 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct, malicious destruction of property more than $250 and threat to commit a crime. The arrest was made on Bowlery Drive.

STATE POLICE

The following item was recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Laura E. Hood, 25, 19 Bear Hill Road, Newton, N.H., was arrested Monday at 2:59 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol. Trooper Thurlow made the arrest in Haverhill.
