NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded Tuesday, June 17, at Newburyport District Court with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

Joseph F. Rich, 28, 27 Chestnut St., Wakefield; operating a motor vehicle in violation of license restrictions, continued without finding for three months, $50 costs, $50 Victim-Witness Fund (Newbury).

Joseph P. Robinson, 27, 38 Baker Road, Salisbury; disorderly conduct, continued without finding for four months, $100 costs, $50 VWF (Salisbury).

Keith Hayes, 46, 3 Josephine Ave., Methuen; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding for a year, complete alcohol safety awareness program, attend half-day Brains at Risk course, $250 OUI fee, $50 OUI Victims Fund, $250 Head Injury Fund, $50 VWF; marked lanes, not responsible (Amesbury).

Steven Cornacchio, 34, 164 Whitehall Road, B1A29, Amesbury; driving while under the influence of drugs, continued without finding for two years, complete alcohol safety awareness program, $250 OUI fee, $50 OUI Victims Fund, $250 HIF, $50 VWF; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, continued without finding for two years; leave scene after property damage, continued without finding for two years, complete State Courts Against Road Rage and Brains at Risk courses (Amesbury).
