NEWBURYPORT

The following item was recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Juan S. Rivera, 32, 21 State St., Portsmouth, N.H., was issued a summons Tuesday at 6:56 p.m. on a charge of domestic assault and battery. Sgt. Matthew Simons issued the summons on Low Street.

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Allison T. Doxsey, 25, 10 Karlton Circle, Andover, was arrested Tuesday at 8:09 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense) and marked lanes. Officers Richard Dellaria and Michael Tullercash made the arrest on Beach Road.

Jonathon B. Campbell, 33, 43 4th Ave., Haverhill, was arrested Tuesday at 8:40 p.m. and charged with larceny of a motor vehicle. Officer Dellaria made the arrest on Beach Road.

NEWBURY

The following item was recorded in the Newbury police log:

Jared T. McCraine, 30, 244 Newburyport Turnpike, Rowley, was arrested Wednesday at 12:57 p.m. and charged with leave scene of property damage. Sgt. Stephen Jenkins made the arrest on High Road.

MERRIMAC

The following item was recorded in the Merrimac police log:

Jason Ferris, 36, 62 Middle St., Kingston, N.H., was arrested Wednesday at 1:36 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, speeding and marked lanes. Officer Richard Holcroft made the arrest on East Main Street.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Louis N. Cavagnaro III, 53, 154 Salem St., Boston, was issued a summons Tuesday at 8:44 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Trooper Spencer issued the summons in Rowley.

Reynaldo Perez, 42, 526 Hadley West Drive, No. 106, Haverhill, was issued a summons Tuesday at 6:51 p.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Trooper Labriola issued the summons in Haverhill.

Glenys J. Calix, 34, 6 Patriot Lane, B6A3, Georgetown, was arrested Tuesday at 9:30 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license due to OUI, operator refusing to identify self and no inspection sticker. Trooper Holland issued the summons in Boxford.
