Police logs


The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Michelle F. Putnam-Pevna, 51, 56 Sparhawk St., Amesbury, was arrested Saturday at 5:22 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct. Officers Eric Marshall and Michael Wilichoski made the arrest at Cashman Park, Merrimac Street.

Timothy L. Watkins, 44, 60 Main St., Rowley, was arrested Sunday at 3:13 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Officers Ronald Senter, Robert Vatcher, Nora Duggan, Joshua Tierney and Lt. Mark Murray made the arrest at Courtyard Roast Beef, State Street.

Zachary A. Fenton, 21, 291/2 Merrimac St., Amesbury, was arrested Monday at 1:32 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, failing to stop/yield and marked lanes violation. Officers Megan Muldowney, Eric Andrukaitis and Sgt. Matthew Simons made the arrest on Washington Street.


The following item was recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Jacqueline I. Allende, 34, 33 Brook St., Haverhill, was arrested Saturday at 12:35 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct. Officers David Delling and Richard Dellaria made the arrest inside the Pavilion parking lot, Ocean Front north.


The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Robert M. Nichols, 28, 459 Lafayette Road, Apt. B8, Seabrook, was arrested Friday at 12:27 p.m. and charged with violating a protective order, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest or detention and vandalism. Officer John Mounsey made the arrest Seabrook Circuit Court, Ledge Road.

John Marr, 29, 180 Low St., Apt. 207A, Newburyport, was arrested Friday at 6:18 p.m. and charged with shoplifting. Officers Kevin Gelineau made the arrest at Kohl’s Department Store, Route 1.

Shawn Charles Eaton, 27, 71 Portsmouth Ave., Greenland, N.H. and Richard Murphy, 30, 194 Lafayette Road, Apt. 16N, Salisbury, were arrested Friday at 6:50 p.m. and charged with previous warrants. Detective Scott Mendes made the arrests at Walmart, Route 1.

Marion J. Johnson, 53, 131 Lafayette Road, Seabrook, was arrested Sunday at 2:01 a.m. and charged with a bench warrant and false report to law enforcement. Officer Ryan Kane and Sgt. David Buccheri made the arrest on Route 1.
