NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded in the Newburyport District Court on Tuesday, July 15, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

Jacqueline Allende, 34, 33 Brook St., Haverhill; disorderly conduct, dismissed upon payment of $150 court costs (Salisbury).

Derek Sudol, 32, 37 Summer St., Rowley; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, continued without finding, $50 Victim-Witness Fund (VWF) (Rowley).

Vasilios G. Antonakis, 42, 21 Essex St., No. 2, Haverhill; larceny over $250, continued without finding for six months, $530 restitution, $50 VWF (Amesbury).

Persphanie A. Lesperance, 25, 229 Raleigh Way, Portsmouth, N.H.; operating a motor vehicle with negligent operation of a motor vehicle, guilty, six months in house of correction, 20 days to be served, deemed served, balance suspended a year; operating a motor vehicle after suspension, guilty, 10 days in house of correction, deemed served; failure to stop for police, guilty, filed; marked lanes violation, responsible, filed; speeding, responsible, filed; failure to stop/yield, not responsible (Newburyport).

John W. McGuirk, 52, 637 Riverside Ave., No. 15, Haverhill; negligent operation of a motor vehicle, guilty, 18 months probation, complete State Courts Against Road Rage and Brains at Risk programs, $250 Head Injury Fund (HIF), $50 VWF; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, guilty, 60 days in house of correction, suspended 18 months while on probation; no seat belt, not responsible; marked lanes violation, responsible, filed; failure to signal, not responsible; speeding, responsible, $300 assessment (Amesbury).

Jason R. Ward, 41, 64 Cart Path Road, Dracut; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding for a year, complete alcohol safety awareness program, 45-day loss of license, $250 OUI fee, $50 OUI Victims Fund, $250 HIF, $50 VWF; speeding, not responsible (West Newbury).

Madison C. Vanetten, 22, 7 Folly Mill Road, Salisbury; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, four months general continuance, $50 VWF; operating an uninsured motor vehicle, four months general continuance (Newbury).

Travis Wilson, 25, 8 Lenway Road, Byfield; operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, both dismissed (Salisbury).
