The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Jason S. Sneider, 42, 6A Christie Drive, Newburyport, was arrested Sunday at 10:08 p.m. and charged with assault and battery. Officers Shawn Eaton and Richard Rocco made the arrest on Christie Drive.

Paul Obara, 20, 12 Woodman Way, No. 23, Newburyport, was arrested Monday at 10:38 a.m. and charged with breaking and entering for a misdemeanor and trespassing. Officers Megan Muldowney and Gregory Whitney made the arrest on Woodman Way.

AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Susan M. McLaughlin, 50, 9 Lake Attitash Road, Amesbury, was arrested Sunday at 4:58 p.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery. Officers Lauren Tirone and Thomas Nichols made the arrest on Lake Attitash Road.

Johnathan M. Rodriquez, 24, 21 Delard St., Lowell, was issued a summons Sunday at 6:23 p.m. on charges of a number plate violation and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Officer David Noyes made the arrest on Macy Street.

Lewanna Marshall-Sanford, 36, 70 Madison St., No. 5, Amesbury, was issued a summons Monday at 1:08 a.m. on a charge of domestic assault and battery. Officers Nichols, Noyes, Kevin Mulrenin and Matthew Cunningham made the arrest on Madison Street.

SALISBURY

The following item was recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Robin Paige, 49, 25 Clarendon St., North Andover, was arrested Monday at 6:59 a.m. and charged with malicious damage of property less than $250. Officer Michael Alder and Sgt. Robert Roy made the arrest on Locust Street.

WEST NEWBURY

The following items were recorded in the West Newbury police log:

Andrew Consoli, 27, 25 Lions Farm Road, Haverhill, was arrested Sunday at 3:58 pm. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and no inspection sticker. Officer Barry Coker made the arrest on Main Street.

ROWLEY

The following items were recorded in the Rowley police log:

Faith Anne Rose, 43, 10 Boxford Road, No. 5, Rowley, was arrested Friday at 10:29 p.m. and charged with drunkeness. The arrest was made on Boxford Road.

Thomas Jerome Sheehan, 38, 3701 Poueliot Place, Wilmington, was arrested Sunday at 1:43 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), marked lanes and a seat belt violation. The arrest was made on Route 1.

Ken Donnelly, 20, 5 Soffron Lane, No. 2, Ipswich, was issued a summons Sunday at 7:29 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle in violation of license restriction and a stop sign violation. The summons was issued on Central Street.

GROVELAND

The following items were recorded in the Groveland police log:

James F. McCarthy, 52, 173 Seven Star Road, Groveland, was arrested Sunday at 9 a.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license (third and subsequent offense), larceny by false pretenses, uttering a false instrument, identity fraud, larceny of property more than $250, larceny by check, four counts of home improvement contractor regulation violations and a previous warrant. Detective James Morton made the arrest.

Raymond D. Coudreault Jr., 48, 6 Thorndike St., No. 1, Haverhill, was issued a summons Sunday at 6:50 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Officers Neil Moody and Joshua Sindoni issued the summons on School Street.

Glenn A. Hathaway, 49, 38 Marina Drive, Haverhill, was issued a summons Sunday at 9 p.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license. Officers Neil Moody and Joshua Sindoni issued the summons on School Street.

MERRIMAC

The following item was recorded in the Merrimac police log:

Amanda Nelson, 27, 223 Austin St., Portsmouth, N.H., was arrested Sunday at 10:03 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant, operating a motor vehicle without a license and marked lanes.

STATE POLICE

The following item was recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Enrico A. Colangeli, 40, 30 Thatcher St., No. 1, Malden, was issued a summons Sunday at 12:03 a.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license and failure to slow for draft animal. Sgt. Puopolo issued the summons in Salisbury.
