Thomas Jerome Sheehan, 38, 3701 Poueliot Place, Wilmington, was arrested Sunday at 1:43 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), marked lanes and a seat belt violation. The arrest was made on Route 1.

Ken Donnelly, 20, 5 Soffron Lane, No. 2, Ipswich, was issued a summons Sunday at 7:29 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle in violation of license restriction and a stop sign violation. The summons was issued on Central Street.

GROVELAND

The following items were recorded in the Groveland police log:

James F. McCarthy, 52, 173 Seven Star Road, Groveland, was arrested Sunday at 9 a.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license (third and subsequent offense), larceny by false pretenses, uttering a false instrument, identity fraud, larceny of property more than $250, larceny by check, four counts of home improvement contractor regulation violations and a previous warrant. Detective James Morton made the arrest.

Raymond D. Coudreault Jr., 48, 6 Thorndike St., No. 1, Haverhill, was issued a summons Sunday at 6:50 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Officers Neil Moody and Joshua Sindoni issued the summons on School Street.

Glenn A. Hathaway, 49, 38 Marina Drive, Haverhill, was issued a summons Sunday at 9 p.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license. Officers Neil Moody and Joshua Sindoni issued the summons on School Street.

MERRIMAC

The following item was recorded in the Merrimac police log:

Amanda Nelson, 27, 223 Austin St., Portsmouth, N.H., was arrested Sunday at 10:03 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant, operating a motor vehicle without a license and marked lanes.

STATE POLICE

The following item was recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Enrico A. Colangeli, 40, 30 Thatcher St., No. 1, Malden, was issued a summons Sunday at 12:03 a.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license and failure to slow for draft animal. Sgt. Puopolo issued the summons in Salisbury.
