NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Wednesday, Feb. 1, with Judge Allen Swan presiding over the jury-waived trials:

Angela Cleveland, 37, 19 M St., Apt. 4, Hampton, N.H.; driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), guilty, 90 days in the house of correction, suspended with two years' probation, conditioned upon completion of a 14-day inpatient substance abuse treatment program with aftercare, two-year loss of license, $600 fine, $150 surfine, $50 Victim-Witness Fund, $50 Operating Under Intoxication Victim Fund assessment, $250 Head Injury Fund assessment; marked lanes violation, not responsible (Newburyport).

Sean M. Cottrill, 40, 56 Boston Road, Newbury; assault, pretrial probation, continued for six months, conditioned upon no abuse of family; witness intimidation, pretrial probation, continued for six months (Newbury).

Steven D. Maher, 44, 23 Beach Road, Apt. 5, Salisbury; breaking and entry for a misdemeanor, guilty, six months in the house of correction, suspended with 18 months' probation, conditioned upon completing the Level III program at the Office of Community Correction and remaining drug and alcohol free, $50 VWF; larceny less than $250, guilty, nine months in the house of correction, suspended with 18 months' probation (Salisbury).

Katelyn R. Wright, 26, 588 Main St., Stoneham; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding and probation for one year, conditioned upon completing an alcohol safety awareness program, 45-day loss of license, $50 VWF, $250 OUI, $50 OUI-V, $250 HIF (Newburyport).

Erica M. Gauthier, 39, 112 Cimmaron Drive, Apt. A6, Seabrook; one count larceny by check for more than $250, three counts larceny by check worth less than $250, four counts forgery by check and four counts of uttering a false check, all charges were dismissed due to the death of the victim (Amesbury).

Donna Rogers, 30, 8 Macy Terrace, Amesbury; one count each larceny by check for more than $250, forgery of check and uttering false check, all charges dismissed due to the death of the victim (Amesbury).

Russell C. Mitchell Jr., 69, 3 Powderhouse Court, Amesbury; domestic assault with a dangerous weapon, continued without finding and probation for one year, conditioned upon no abuse of family members and continuing counseling, $90 VWF; domestic assault with a dangerous weapon, continued without finding and probation for one year, conditioned upon no abuse of family members and continuing counseling (Amesbury).

Evan A. Kolenda, 25, 29 Bartlett Reach Road, Amesbury; uninsured vehicle, defendant placed on pretrial probation and the case continued generally for three months, $50 VWF; driving after registration suspension, defendant placed on pretrial probation and the case continued generally for three months; unregistered vehicle, defendant placed on pretrial probation and the case continued generally for three months (Amesbury).

Michael B. Songco, 50, 63 Briar Hill Road, Norwich, Conn.; possession of class A drugs, dismissed; marked lanes violation, responsible, filed; fail to signal, not responsible (State Police).

Richard A. Earles, 47, 91 Falmouth Road, Falmouth, Maine; receiving stolen motor vehicle, guilty, 28 days in the house of correction, committed, deemed served; carrying a dangerous weapon, guilty, 10 days in the house of correction, committed, deemed served; carrying a dangerous weapon, guilty, filed; possession of class E drugs, guilty, filed; fail to stop for police, guilty, filed; driving after license suspension, guilty, filed; marked lanes violation, responsible, filed; possession of an open container of alcohol in a vehicle, responsible, filed (Salisbury).

Betsy Stanley, 37, 8 Carriage Hill Road, Apt. 18, Amesbury; unlicensed driving, defendant placed on pretrial probation and the case continued generally for two months, $50 VWF; no inspection sticker, not responsible (Amesbury).

Kyle J. Bickford, 21, 3 Orchard Park, Amesbury; eight counts of malicious destruction of property worth more than $250, all eight counts were continued without finding with six months' probation, $90 VWF for each count; vandalizing property, continued without finding and probation for six months, conditioned upon completion of 100 hours of community service, $90 VWF; BB gun/air rifle discharge on a way, guilty, $100 fine and $25 surfine (Amesbury).
