Police Logs

AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Barry A. Postal, 44, 235 Towle Farm Road, Hampton, N.H. was arrested Wednesday at 7:06 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant and speeding. Officers Scott Peters, Kevin Mulrenin and Sgt. Michael Purvis made the arrest on Market Street.

Giovani Ordonez, 38, 92 Hudson St., Marlborough, was arrested Wednesday at 8:35 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Officers Peters and Mulrenin made the arrest on Macy Street.

SALISBURY

The following item was recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Lee R. Stewart, 48, 19 Folly Mill Road, Salisbury, was issued a summons Wednesday at 2:37 a.m. on charges of fail to stop for police, speeding and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. Officers Richard Dellaria and Keith Forget issued the summons on Folly Mill Road.

SEABROOK

The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Matthew J. McFarland, 26, 10 Collins St., Amesbury, was arrested Wednesday at 11:09 a.m. and charged with possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. Detectives Daniel Lawrence and Michael Titone made the arrest a Seabrook Circuit Court, Ledge Road.

Sarah Maria Pearson, 34, 32 Cottage Road, Newbury, was arrested Wednesday at 6:19 p.m. and charged with possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. Officers David Hersey and Joseph Lister made the arrest after responding to a shoplifting complaint at the Route 1 Walmart.

Laurie Marie Eaton, 41, 869 Lafayette Road, No.212, Hampton, N.H. was arrested Wednesday at 7:31 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct. The arrest was made by officers Ryan Kane and Mark Richardson on Collins Street. Eaton was arrested again on Collins Street less than five hours later and charged with disorderly conduct and trespassing.

ROWLEY

The following item was recorded in the Rowley police log:

Jaime Javier Torres, 34, 1 Dustin St., No. 2, Peabody, was issued a summons Wednesday at 3:56 p.m. on two counts of violating an abuse prevention order. The summons was issued on Haverhill Street.
