NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Tuesday, May 21, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

William True, 27, 48 Washington St., Newburyport; operating with suspended license, no seat belt, continued without finding for one year, $50 victim-witness fund (State Police)

Scott Dumas, 42, 380 Lafayette Road; unlawful transportation of liquor, guilty, $500 fine, $50 victim-witness fund (Salisbury).

Anthony Aia, 20, 6 Carriage Hill Road, Amesbury; assault with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery (domestic), dismissal, failure to prosecute (Amesbury).

Paul Fowler, 45, 101 Folly Mill Road, Salisbury; unlawful transportation of liquor, 33 days in house of correction, credit for time served (Salisbury).

Jorg Winterer, 72, 52B Ferry Road, Newburyport; harassment, violation of previous desist order, dismissed, with direction to complete probation (Newburyport).

Brian Charte, 31, 50 Whittier Meadows Drive, Amesbury; assault and battery, witness intimidation, domestic, admission to facts, 21/2 years house of correction, six months to be served, balance to be suspended, drug and alcohol monitoring, credit for five days served (Amesbury).

Tracey Connell, 58, 56 Sparhawk St., Amesbury; operating with suspended license, driving uninsured motor vehicle, pretrial probation for six months, $50 victim-witness fund (Salisbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Wednesday, May 22, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury-waived trials.

Jorg C. Winterer, 72, 52B Ferry Road, Newburyport; malicious destruction of property worth less than $250, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon staying away from and having no contact with the victim, completing mental health and substance abuse evaluations and complying with recommendations, $50 victim-witness fund, $817 in restitution; two counts of criminal harassment, continued without finding and probation for one year on each count (Newburyport).

Mathew Greene, 26, 42 Crane Neck St., West Newbury; uninsured vehicle, dismissed; driving after registration suspension, dismissed (West Newbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Wednesday, May 22, with Judge Allen Swan presiding over the jury-waived trials.
