---- — NEWBURYPORT: The following case was recorded at Newburyport District Court on Wednesday, July 10, with Judge Patricia Dowling presiding over the jury-waived trial.

William P. Burrows, 66, 94 Broadway, Haverhill; driving after license suspension, dismissed; driving with defective equipment, not responsible (West Newbury).

The following case was recorded at Newburyport District Court on Thursday, July 11, with Judge Mary McCabe presiding over the jury-waived trial.

Brandon P. Pinard, 21, 18 South Martin Road, Amesbury; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon completion of an alcohol safety awareness program, 45-day loss of license, $250 Operating Under Intoxication fee, $50 Operating Under Intoxication Victim Fund assessment, $250 Head Injury Fund assessment, $50 Victim/Witness Fund assessment; possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, responsible, filed; speeding in violation of special regulations, responsible, filed (Salisbury).

The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Friday, July 12, with Judge Matthew Machera presiding over the jury-waived trials.

Crystal Scott, 34, of 9 Lafayette Road, Salisbury; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, dismissed if $200 court costs paid, $50 Victims-Witness assessment; motor vehicle lights violation, responsible, filed (Amesbury).

Matthew Tullercash, 27, of 183 Haverhill St., Rowley; driving an uninsured motor vehicle, dismissed if $150 court costs paid, $50 Victims-Witness assessment; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, dismissed (Rowley).

Alejandro Brambila Jr., 31, of 19506 Waverunner Lane, Cornelius, N.C.; unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, dismissed if $100 court costs paid, $50 Victims-Witness assessment; motor vehicle lights violation, responsible, filed (Amesbury).

Brendan Smith, 26, of 151 River St., Basement Apartment, Haverhill; breaking and entering a building during the daytime to commit a felony, guilty, nine months in the house of corrections with 179 days credit (West Newbury).

SEABROOK: The following case was recorded at 10th Circuit Court, Seabrook Division on Thursday, June 20, with Judge Mark Weaver presiding over the jury-waived trial.

Adam A. Ouellet, 27, 10 Kel-Lori Drive, Salisbury; aggravated driving while intoxicated, guilty, 10 days in the house of correction, three days to be served and the balance suspended for one year, conditioned upon compliance with 18 month loss of license including the installation of a vehicle interlock device for 12 months, $930 fine and completion of the state impaired drivers care management program (State Police).

SEABROOK: The following case was recorded at 10th Circuit Court, Seabrook Division on Wednesday, July 3, with Judge Mark Weaver presiding over the jury-waived trial.

Jessica Danos, 45, 42 Edgehill Drive, Haverhill; driving while intoxicated, nol prossed (charge discontinued), reckless driving, guilty, $620 fine, 60-day loss of license (Seabrook).

SEABROOK: The following cases were recorded at 10th Circuit Court, Seabrook Division the week ending Friday, July 11, with Judge Mark Weaver presiding over the jury-waived trials.

Tyler S. Thistlewood, 20, 30 Seabrook Road, Salisbury; receiving stolen property, guilty, 30 days in the house of correction, suspended with two years good behavior, to include no felony, misdemeanor or major motor vehicle violations; driving without a valid license, guilty, $310 fine (Seabrook); driving without a valid license, guilty, $124 (Hampton).

Adina Beaudry, 22, 178 Towle Farm Road, Hampton, N.H; theft (shoplifting), cased placed on file without finding conditioned upon one year good behavior, to include no felony, misdemeanor or major motor vehicle violations (Seabrook).

David A. Nason, 19, 4 Hoyt Ave, Amesbury; theft by unauthorized taking, guilty, 30 days in the house of correction, suspended conditioned upon one year good behavior to include no felony, misdemeanor or major motor vehicle violations and the repayment of $250 restitution to the victim through the Seabrook Police Department; receiving stolen property, dismissed (Seabrook).

Rachel R. Elorriaga, 33, 14 Folly Mill Road, Seabrook; possession of controlled/narcotic drugs (marijuana), guilty, $434 fine (N.H. Fish and Game Division).

Marte E. Wysnar, 19, 288 High St., Lawrence; possession of an open container of alcohol, guilty, $124 fine (Seabrook).

Andrea Butte, 48, 701/2 Powow St., Amesbury; driving while intoxicated, guilty, $620 fine, 9-month loss of license completion of the state impaired drivers care management program; conduct after an accident, leaving the scene of property damage, guilty, $500 fine, suspended conditioned upon one year good behavior, to include no felony, misdemeanor or major motor vehicle violations; possession of controlled/narcotic drugs (oxazepam), complaint placed on file without finding conditioned upon one year good behavior, to include no felony, misdemeanor or major motor vehicle violations; possession of controlled/narcotic drugs (marijuana), complaint placed on file without finding conditioned upon one year good behavior, to include no felony, misdemeanor or major motor vehicle violations (Hampton).
