Katie Fauvel, 29, 79 Lakeshore Drive, Georgetown, was issued a summons Sunday at 1:49 a.m. on a charge of allowing improper use of motor vehicle. Officer Patrick Szmykowski issued the summons on Elm Street.


The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Martin T. Healy, 44, 3 Monroe St., Amesbury, was arrested Saturday at 2:14 p.m. and charged with shoplifting. Officer Adam Laurent made the arrest at Kohl’s on Route 1.

Ernest M. Harris, 40, 301 Portsmouth Ave., Seabrook, was arrested Saturday at 5:39 p.m. and charged with shoplifting. Officers Kevin Gelineau, David Hersey and Ryan Kane made the arrest at the Route 1 Walmart.


The following items were recorded in the Newbury police log:

Paula M. Lewis-Trabucco, 53, 4 Hillando Drive, Shrewsbury, was arrested Friday at 2:38 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), negligent operation of a motor vehicle and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Officer Michael Croteau and Detective Aaron Wojtkowski made the arrest on Elm Street near The Governor’s Academy.

Devin Lee Foley, 22, 24 Farley Ave., Ipswich, was issued a summons Friday at 10:03 p.m. on charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Officer John Lucey III issued the summons on Route 1.


The following items were recorded in the West Newbury police log:

Angela McDonnor, 37, 2401 Southeast 44th St., No. 41, Oklahoma City, Okla., was issued a summons Wednesday at 1:21 p.m. on three counts of identity theft and three counts of credit card fraud over $250. Officer Eric Forni issued the summons at the Main Street police station.

Tiffany McGinness, 37, 772 Main St., West Newbury, was issued a summons Wednesday at 11:39 a.m. on charges of fail to register motor vehicle operated for 30 days, misrepresentation of residency and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Officer Royster Johnson issued the summons on Main Street.
