---- — NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Wednesday, July 24, 2013, with Judge Alan Swan presiding over the jury-waived trials.

Jeffrey M. Dodge, 61, 34 Grove St., Haverhill; indecent assault and battery on a person over the age of 14, guilty, 18 months in the house of correction, 86 days to be and deemed served with the balance suspended and two years probation conditioned upon staying away from the victim and complying with the restraining order, no registration with the sexual offenders registry is required, beginning Aug. 7, the defendant will wear a GPS monitoring device, $90 Victim Witness Fund assessment; indecent assault and battery on a person over the age of 14, dismissed; on prior court dates charges of rape (two counts) and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon were nol prossed (discontinued), and one count of assault and battery was dismissed (Newburyport).

John T. Aleizo, 20, 2 Avery St., No. 181, Boston; two counts of making annoying phone calls/electronic communications, nolle prosequi (both discontinued); making annoying phone calls/communications with electronic devices, continued without finding and probation for nine months conditioned upon staying away from Governor’s Academy, $200 fine, $90 VWF (Newbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Thursday, July 25, 2013, with Judge Richard Mori presiding over the jury-waived trials.

Leah M. Spaulding, 34, 70 Powow St., Apt. 2, Amesbury; uninsured vehicle, continued without finding and probation for three months, $50 VWF; driving after registration suspension, continued without finding and probation for three months (Amesbury).

Donald G. Keene, 56, 178 Rural Route 1, Canton, Maine; driving while under the influence of alcohol, guilty, one year loss of license, $1,000 fine, $50 VWF, $50 Operating Under Intoxication Victim Fund assessment; marked lane violation, responsible, file; fail to stop/yield, responsible, filed; possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, responsible, filed (Amesbury).

Marcio A. Miranda, 36, 145 Franklin St., Framingham; driving after license suspension, guilty, $500 fine, $50 VWF; unlicensed driving, dismissed; marked lane violations, responsible, filed (State Police).

NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Friday, July 26, 2013, with Judge Richard Mori presiding over the jury-waived trials.

Andrew Bibeau, 24, of 15 Oak St., Amesbury; driving an uninsured motor vehicle, dismissed if $150 court costs paid, $50 VWF; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, dismissed (State Police).

Kandace Bickford, 27, of 95 Lafayette Road, Salisbury; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, dismissed (State Police).

Matthew Tullercash, 27, of 183 Haverhill St., Rowley; driving an uninsured motor vehicle, dismissed (Rowley).

Andrew Packer, 23, of 5 Woodman Way, Apt. E30, Newburyport; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, guilty, $500 fine, $50 VWF (Newburyport).

Tristan Finley, 22, of 9 Timber Court, Seabrook, N.H.; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, dismissed if $100 court costs paid, $50 VWF; miscellaneous equipment violation, not responsible (Amesbury).

SEABROOK: The following case was recorded at 10th Circuit Court, Seabrook Division on Wednesday, July 10, 2013, with Judge Mark Weaver presiding over the jury-waived trial.

Uraney Soto, 19, 558 Hampshire ST., Lawrence; possession of an open container of alcohol in a public place, guilty, $124 fine (Seabrook).

SEABROOK: The following cases were recorded at 10th Circuit Court, Seabrook Division the week ending Friday, July 26, 2013, with Judge Mark Weaver presiding over the jury-waived trials.

Jared George, 25, 81 Railroad Ave, Seabrook; urinating in a public place, guilty, $124 fine (Seabrook).

Donald R. Lawrence, 40, 18 Deer Crossing, Seabrook; criminal trespass, guilty, 180 days in the house of correction, suspended conditioned upon two years good behavior with includes no contact with the victim and no felony, misdemeanor or major motor vehicle violations (Seabrook).

Jonathan Campano, 23, 3 Stonecroft, No. 2, Portsmouth, N.H.; urinating in a public place, guilty, $100 fine (Seabrook).

Joseph Moisan, 18, 30 Arlington St., Amesbury; unlawful possession of alcohol by a person under the age of 21, guilty, $300 fine, no license revocation order; disobeying an officer, complaint placed on file without finding; possession of drug paraphernalia, guilty, $124 fine; driving without headlights, nol prossed (charge discontinued) (Hampton).

Kristofer Martin, 19, 29 Arlington St., Amesbury; unlawful possession of alcohol by a person under the age of 18, guilty, $300 fine (Hampton).

Michael A. Brown, 66, 33 Washington St., Seabrook; acts prohibited, possession of a controlled drug (marijuana), guilty, $372 fine (N.H. Fish and Game).
