Saul Bornstein, 57, 5 Chain Bridge Drive, Newburyport, was issued a summons Thursday at 4:15 a.m. on a charge of failure to register vehicle within 30 days of new year. Officer Charles Furlauto issued the summons at the Newburyport police station on Green Street.
Venus Folsom, 39, 27 Lilac Lane, Newmarket, N.H., was issued a summons Thursday at 11:04 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration. Officers Robert Vatcher and Charles Eaton issued the summons on High Street.
Ronald F. Comeau, 70, 50 Marsh Ave., Haverhill, was issued a summons Thursday at 11:17 a.m. on charges of forge/misuse Registry of Motor Vehicles document and no inspection sticker. Officer Gregory Whitney issued the summons on High Street.
AMESBURY
The following item was recorded in the Amesbury police log:
Peter J. Carney, 50, 14 Smith Corner Road, Plaistow, N.H., was issued a summons Tuesday at 10:41 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Officer Raymond Landry issued the summons on South Hunt Road.
SALISBURY
The following item was recorded in the Salisbury police log:
Jorjiana Triantafillakos, 26, 55 Atlantic Ave., Apt. D. Salisbury, was arrested Wednesday at 8:33 p.m. and charged with possession of a class C and E substance and a civil marijuana possession violation. Sgt. Eugene Scione and officer Patrick Szymkowski made the arrest on Beach Road.
SEABROOK
The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:
Joseph P. Tremblay, 47, 15 Epping St., Raymond, N.H., was arrested Wednesday at 10:21 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officers Michael Cawley and Justin Murphy made the arrest on Liberty Lane.
Wayne G. Smith, 61, 678 Cabot St., Beverly, was arrested Wednesday at 2:14 p.m. and charged with conduct after an accident. Officer John Mounsey made the arrest on Liberty Lane.
Javier Derbyshire, 26, 87 Hanover St., Newbury, was arrested Wednesday at 2:46 p.m. and charged with conduct after an accident and negligent driving. Officers Mounsey, Cawley, Murphy and Sgt. Robert Granlund made the arrest on Liberty Lane.
Roarke W. Hess, 23, 80 Washington St., Seabrook, was arrested Wednesday at 4:11 p.m. and charged with a bench warrant. Officers Mounsey and Cawley made the arrest on Lafayette Road.
Nancy C. Lachance, 45, 459 Lafayette Road, Apt. A6, Seabrook, was arrested Wednesday at 7:51 p.m. and charged with criminal threatening (intimidation). Officers Frank Brown Jr., Keith Dietenhofer, Ryan Kane and Sgt. John Wasson made the arrest on Lafayette Road.
GROVELAND
The following items were recorded in the Groveland police log:
Zachary P. Maidment, 18, 82 Gardner St., Apt. A, Groveland, was issued a summons Tuesday at 7:40 p.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle after license suspension. Officer Edwin Fournier issued the summons.
Melissa L. Talbot, 28, 14 Manor Drive, Apt. B., Groveland, was issued a summons Tuesday at 10:30 p.m. on charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle, no inspection sticker and improperly registering a vehicle. Detective James Morton issued the summons on Main Street.

Tara Marie Ortiz, 30, 9 East Haverhill St., Lawrence, was issued a summons Wednesday at 3:48 a.m. on charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration. Trooper Grimes issued the summons in Amesbury.
Vincent Thomas Capone, 43, 10 Douglas St., Boston, was issued a summons Wednesday at 4:30 a.m. on charges of speeding and giving false name to police. Trooper Katsarakes issued the summons in Topsfield.
