How do you do? I'm Snow Puddin', an all-white lady cat about 6 years old with lovely green eyes. I'm currently a shelter cat living at the Merrimack River Feline Rescue Society, looking for my forever home. I mostly spend my days at the shelter sitting in an open window watching the birds and taking in the scents of nature. I also often like to find a nice sunny spot on the floor to bask in the rays. I enjoy gentle petting on the head but can be a bit sensitive about my back area. If it's quiet and I feel comfortable with you, I will even sit in your lap. I think I would do best in a low-key household with not too much activity. I am up-to-date on all of my vaccines, have been spayed and have a microchip. Please come by the MRFRS to meet me today. The Merrimack River Feline Rescue Society is at 63 Elm St., Salisbury, 978-462-0760, or at Petsmart in Danvers on Route 114, 978-223-0023. The Salisbury location is open for adoptions Tuesday through Thursday, 2 to 6 p.m.; Friday, 2 to 7 p.m.; and Saturday, noon to 5 p.m. The shelter is open by appointment anytime, but closed on Mondays. The Petsmart location has the same hours, with the addition of being open Sundays from noon to 2 p.m. For more information, log on to www.mrfrs.org.
