NEWBURYPORT

The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Deanna Joy, 26, 13A Cherry St,. Newburyport, was issued a summons Tuesday at 6:54 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Officer Kevin Martin issued the summons on Route 1.

Jeffrey Dodge, 50, 34 Grove St., Haverhill, was arrested Tuesday at 10:28 a.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery. Officers John Schmidt and John Gavin made the arrest on Woodman Way.

AMESBURY

The following item was recorded in the Amesbury police log:

David L. Gynan, 24, 37 Lake St., Amesbury; and Corey T. Bilodeau, 18, 14 Lincoln Court, Amesbury; were issued summonses Monday at 12:37 p.m. by officer Jason Kooken following an incident near Richdale’s on Friend Street. Gynan was charged with operating a motor vehicle after revocation due to OUI and Bilodeau was charged with open and gross lewdness.

ROWLEY

The following items were recorded in the Rowley police log:

Angelo R. DiGenova Jr., 50, 18 Maple Ave., Ipswich, was issued a summons Monday at 8:40 a.m. on a charge of violating an abuse prevention order. The summons was issued on Fenno Drive.

Timothy Lancaster Watkins, 43, 10 West Ox Pasture Lane, Rowley, was issued a summons Monday at 9:18 a.m. on a charge of using a motor vehicle without authority. The summons was issued on Haverhill Street.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded at the Newbury barracks:

William Espinal, 29, 35 Orchard St., Lawrence, was issued a summons Monday at 6:20 a.m. on charges of unregistered motor vehicle, attaching plates, uninsured motor vehicle and having a cracked windshield. Trooper Schumaker issued the summons in Haverhill.

Franklin A. Downie, 46, 5 Andover Terrace, Peabody, was issued a summons Monday at 11:20 a.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, no front plate and no inspection sticker. Trooper Mansi issued the summons in Georgetown.
