Kathleen Delisle-Chamberlain, 52, 116 Newbury St., Dracut; unlicensed driving, dismissed with court costs of $100 and $50 VWF (Salisbury).

Eliseo Lopez, 23, 59 Grover St., Apt. 3, Lynn; unlicensed driving, dismissed with court costs of $100 and $50 VWF; miscellaneous equipment violation, responsible, filed (West Newbury).

Richard A. Mercik, 27, 15 Juniper Road, Ashburnham; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon completion of alcohol safety awareness program, State Courts Against Road Rage and half-day Brains At Risk programs, 45-day loss of license, $50 OUI-V, $250 OUI, $250 HIF, $50 VWF; negligent driving, continued without finding and probation for one year, $250 HIF; marked lanes violation, not responsible; speeding, responsible, filed (State Police).

Shannon R. Simmons, 42, 44 Parker St., Newbury; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon completion of alcohol safety awareness program, State Courts Against Road Rage and half-day Brains At Risk programs, 45-day loss of license, $50 OUI-V, $250 OUI, $250 HIF, $50 VWF; negligent driving, continued without finding and probation for one year, $250 HIF; (Newburyport).

Dillion, 62, 1 Elephant Rock Road, Seabrook; driving while under the influence of alcohol, guilty, probation for one year, conditioned upon completion of an alcohol safety awareness program, 60-day loss of license, $50 OUI-V, $250 OUI, $250 HIF, $50 VWF; marked lanes violation, not responsible (State Police).

William Sunderkan, 23, 15 Clark Road, Ipswich; assault, continued without finding and probation for six months conditioned upon staying away from and having no contact with the victim; driving after license suspension, continued for six months (Salisbury).

Judge Michael Lauranzano presided over the following jury-waived trial:

Rachael Digenova, 39, 23 Lena May Way, Salisbury; driving after license suspension, guilty, $500 fine; uninsured vehicle, guilty, one year probation; number plate violation, guilty, filed; unregistered vehicle, responsible, filed. The defendant was also found in violation of probation on two previous cases ajudicated on June 19, 2012: driving while under the influence of alcohol and leaving the scene of property damage. As a result of violation the terms of her probation, the previous finding was revoked, and the finding of guilty was found (Salisbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following case was recorded at Newburyport District Court on Tuesday, April 23, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury-waived trial:

Matthew Mogren, 19, 67 Longfellow Drive, Newburyport: disorderly conduct, pretrial probation for one year; furnishing false identification to police, dismissed; possession of alcohol by a person under the age of 21, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon continuing substance abuse counseling, $50 VWF; possession of alcohol by a person under the age of 21, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon continuing substance abuse counseling, $50 VWF; possession of alcohol by a person under the age of 21, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon continuing substance abuse counseling, $50 VWF (Newburyport).
