---- — NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded Wednesday, April 23, at Newburyport District Court with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

Timothy Perry, 26, 81 Cabot St., front, Beverly; domestic assault and battery, guilty, 21/2 years in house of correction, one year to be served, balance suspended for three years, no abuse of victim, must remain drug and alcohol free with random screens, $352 restitution, $90 Victim-Witness Fund; assault and battery, guilty, same as first count; intimidate witness, guilty, same as first count (Salisbury).

Ray C. Quinn, 47, 5 Belmont St., Amesbury; assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (two counts), dismissed; assault and battery, one year in house of correction, sentence suspended for 18 months while on probation, must remain drug and alcohol free with random screens for six months, $50 VWF; assault with a dangerous weapon, dismissed (Amesbury).

Judge Allen Swan presided over the following jury-waived trials:

Richard W. Zannini, 58, 13 West Whitehall Road, Amesbury; driving while under the influence of drugs, dismissed; negligent operation of a motor vehicle, continued without finding for a year, complete State Courts Against Road Rage course, attend Brains at Risk program, $200 costs, $250 Head Injury Fund, $50 VWF; marked lanes, responsible (Merrimac).

Richard L. Adams, 25, 1 Roberts Road, Salisbury; domestic assault and battery, dismissed; assault and battery, continued without finding for a year, no drugs or alcohol, stay away and have no contact with victim, abide by restraining order, wear GPS device and pay monthly $287 GPS fee, stay 500 yards away from Market Square in Newburyport, $200 costs, $50 VWF; threat to commit a crime, dismissed (Newburyport).
