Cleanup in West Newbury this weekend

WEST NEWBURY — The annual West Newbury Cleanup weekend will take place Saturday and Sunday. Residents are urged to use the trash bags and gloves, available for free at the West Newbury Food Mart, to clean up along the roadsides near their homes.

Those who wish to venture farther will also find litter (bottles, plastic, garbage) on roads with few houses. Help is also needed on well-traveled roads.

Leave trash bags by the roadside for pickup from the town Monday and Tuesday. Help keep West Newbury clean and beautiful.
