NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded Wednesday, April 30, at Newburyport District Court with Judge Allen Swan presiding:

Ruben Davila, 33, 30B Summer St., Lawrence; juror fail to attend, dismissed upon payment of $100 court costs (Office of the Jury Commissioner).

Ryan Fogg, 24, 30 Dwight Ave., Seabrook; violate abuse prevention order, dismissed (Salisbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded Friday, May 2, at Newburyport District Court with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

Karen N. Vedrani, 44, 17 Ship St., Newburyport; operating an uninsured motor vehicle, guilty, $500 fine, $125 surfine, $50 Victim-Witness Fund; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, six months pretrial probation (Newburyport).

William Rizzo, 25, 152 Main St., Byfield; larceny over $250, continued without finding for a year, remain drug and alcohol free with random screens, $90 VWF (Newburyport).

Hannah Edwards, 20, 259 Ipswich Road, Boxford; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding for a year, complete alcohol safety awareness program, 210-day loss of license, $250 OUI fee, $50 OUI Victims Fund, $250 Head Injury Fund, $50 VWF; speeding, not responsible (Rowley).

Andrew J. Billcliff, 25, 7 Kimberly Road, Kingston, N.H.; receiving stolen property more than $250, guilty, five months in house of correction, credit for 111 days served (Salisbury).

Jillian E. Shay, 25, 7A Button Drive, Danville, N.H.; receiving stolen property more than $250, three months pretrial probation (Salisbury).

Joseph C. Greico, 44, Super 8 Motel, Cranston, R.I.; larceny over $250 by single scheme, continued without findng for six months, $310 restitution, $50 VWF (Amesbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trial was recorded Monday, May 5, at Newburyport District Court with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

Michael Cappello, 38, 55 High St., No. 2, Amesbury; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, six months pretrial probation, $50 VWF (Amesbury).

Judge Allen Swan presided over the following jury-waived trials:

John R. Fournier, 56, 89 Hanover St., Apt. A, Newbury; operating an uninsured motor vehicle, four months pretrial probation, $50 VWF; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, four months pretrial probation (Newbury).

Joseph D. Cardosi, 49, 6 Carriage Hill Road, No. 3, Amesbury; disorderly conduct, guilty, $125 in fines, $50 VWF (Amesbury).

Erick Flores, 29, 280 Lexington St., No. 2, Boston; unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, responsible, $200 assessment; fail to drive in right lane, responsible, filed (Newbury).
