---- — NEWBURYPORT — The Planning Board is scheduled to meet tomorrow at 7 p.m. in the City Council Chamber at City Hall, and several items on the agenda address possible development at busy intersections.
Listed under new business is a major site plan review submitted by Tropic Star Development LLC, which has expressed interest in developing land near the corner of Storey Avenue and Low Street.
Executives of the New Hampshire company say they are planning to build a pharmacy, gas station and convenience store there.
Also on the agenda are two preliminary subdivision plans of New England Development, the city’s largest commercial land owner.
The company’s request to discuss the corner of Titcomb and Merrimac streets and several parcels off Water Street (near Oldies Marketplace) were continued from the board’s meeting in mid-April.
