NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Wednesday, May 7, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

Robert E. Dyer, 48, 48 Ox Pasture Lane, Rowley; driving after license suspension for driving while under the influence of alcohol, guilty, two and a half years in the house of correction, six months to be served and the balance suspended with two years probation conditioned upon remaining drug and alcohol free, $1,000 fine, $250 surfine, $90 Victim-Witness Fund; possession of false/stolen RVM documents, guilty, two years probation; refusing to identify self, guilty, filed; identification fraud, guilty, six months in the house of correction, committed, to be served concurrently with the first count; marked lanes violation, not responsible (Newbury).

Diana Seablom, 53, 7 57th St., Newburyport; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon completion of an alcohol safety awareness program, 45-day loss of license, $50 VWF, $250 Operating Under Intoxication Fee, $50 Operating Under Intoxication Victim Fund assessment, $250 Head Injury Fund (Newbury).

Dante F. DeFuria, 34, 9 Amory St., Lynn; witness/juror/police/court official intimidation, dismissed without prejudice (Amesbury).
