The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Priscila Costa, 30, 18 Woodman Way, No. 3, Newburyport, was issued a summons Saturday at 10:56 p.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding in violation of special regulations. Officer Kevin Martin and Sgt. Charles Eaton issued the summons on Storey Avenue.

Cindy Joy Tierney, 58, 136 Cedar St., Haverhill, was arrested Sunday at 10:16 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense). Officer Ronald Senter and Sgt. Howard Adams made the arrest on Storey Avenue.

AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Molly O’Reilly, 24, 135 Shannon Road, Salem, N.H. was issued a summons Friday at 6:30 p.m. on charges of speeding in violation of special regulations and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Sgt. Craig Bailey issued the summons on Main Street.

Joseph Cardosi, 49, 6 Carriage Hill Road, No. 3, Amesbury, was arrested Saturday at 1:38 a.m. and charged with disturbing the peace. Officers David Noyes, Denis Champagne Jr. and Sgt. Craig Bailey made the arrest on Carriage Hill Road.

David R. Kelley, 51, 13 Hill St., Amesbury, was arrested Saturday at 8:30 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene of property damage, open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and marked lanes. Officers Jason Kooken and Craig Lesage made the arrest following a motor vehicle accident on Market Street.

Corey L. Rappsilber, 28, 656 South Main St., Haverhill, was arrested Sunday at 3:05 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace. Officer Ronald Guilmette and Sgt. Michael Purvis made the arrest on Pond Street.

Corey Bilodeau, 19, 14 Lincoln Court, Amesbury, was arrested Sunday at 7:30 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officer Guilmette and Sgt. Purvis made the arrest on Friend Street.

Carlos R. Feliciano, 47, 194 Bruce St., Lawrence, was issued a summons Sunday at 8:59 p.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and obstructing an emergency vehicle. Officers Scott Peters and Guilmette issued the summons on Market Street.

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Pearce Flynn, 21, 46 Jefferson St., Newburyport, was arrested Saturday at 2:41 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, marked lanes and a civil marijuana violation. Officers James Leavitt and Keith Forget made the arrest on Elm Street.

Stephen A. Lockhart, 47, 45 Central St., No. 2, Salisbury, was issued a summons Saturday at 7:54 p.m. on a charge of domestic assault and battery. Officers Leavitt and Craig Goodrich issued the summons on Central Avenue.

Robert Daniel Rave, 32, 47 Monroe St., Newburyport, was arrested Saturday at 11:44 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant and possession of a class C substance (klonopin). Officer Goodrich made the arrest on the Gillis Bridge, Route 1.

Gerald T. Fitzpatrick Jr., 42, 4 Paul Drive, Blackstone, was arrested Sunday at 12:26 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), negligent operation of a motor vehicle and marked lanes. Officers Leavitt and Tullercash made the arrest on Reservation Road.

Bruce William Montross, 25, 234 Low St., Newburyport, was arrested Sunday at 7:42 p.m. and charged with heroin possession, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense) and no inspection sticker. At the same time, Nicole Connor, 18, 125 Northend Blvd., Salisbury, was arrested and charged with possession of a class E substance. Officers Richard Dellaria and Patrick Szymkowski made the arrests on Beach Road.

SEABROOK

The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Timothy E. Sanville, 49, 115 Cimarron, Apt. A1, Seabrook, was arrested Friday at 7:51 p.m. and charged with driving while intoxicated and endangering welfare of child or incompetent. Officer Kevin Gelineau made the arrest on Batchelder Road.

Kristi McNulty, 26, 1 Kingsley Terrace, Apt. A3, Lynn, was arrested Friday at 8:10 p.m. and charged with shoplifting. Detective Daniel Lawrence made the arrest at Kohl’s Department Store, Route 1.

Cynthia Lee Ryan-Wheeler, 48, 8 Byfield, Road, Groveland, was arrested Saturday at 10:07 a.m. and charged with driving while intoxicated, conduct after an accident and resisting arrest or detention. Officer Gelineau made the arrest after a motor vehicle accident on Route 1.

Mark Cronin, 57, 17 Railroad Ave., Seabrook, was arrested Saturday at 4:27 p.m. and charged with harassment. Officer Kevin Gelineau made the arrest on Railroad Avenue.

Amanda Catherine DeGloria, 32, 26 Merrimac St., Apt. 2C, Amesbury, was arrested Saturday at 8:38 p.m. and charged with a bench warrant. Officer Michael Maloney made the arrest at the Windjammer Apartments, Weare Road.

Stephen Silva, 52, 74 Washington St., Seabrook, was arrested Sunday at 12:22 a.m. and charged with simple assault. Officer Maloney made the arrest on Washington Street.

Richard J. Cahoon, 23, 9 Cranes Circle, No. 42, Plaistow, N.H. was arrested Sunday at 12:32 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. officer Joseph Lister made the arrest on Route 1.

Mark Cronin, 57, 17 Railroad Ave., Seabrook, was arrested Sunday at 4:45 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct, harassment and default or breach of bail conditions. Officer Frank Brown Jr. made the arrest on Railroad Avenue.

NEWBURY

The following items were recorded in the Newbury police log:

Corey D. Burgess, 22, 44 Toll Road, Salisbury, was arrested Friday at 12:15 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and marked lanes. Officer James Bedard made the arrest on Route 1.

Jacob Hassan Salley, 28, 38 Boston Road, Newbury, was arrested Saturday at 12:44 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and marked lanes. Officer Bedard made the arrest on Boston Road.

Marcelo Figueroa-Hernandez, 40, 14 Grove St., Byfield, was arrested Saturday at 5:17 p.m. and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and fail to stop/yield. Officer Bedard made the arrest on Central Street.

Richard D. Brown Jr, 30, 194 Lafayette Road, Apt. 2E, Salisbury, was issued a summons Sunday at 5:43 a.m. om charges of operating a motor vehicle after revocation of registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Officer John Regan issued the summons on Route 1.

Harrison P. Gomes, 20, 28 Wildwood Drive, Newburyport; Michael D. Leahy, 21, 12 Temple Blvd., east, Newbury; and David Paul Kelleher, 21, 5 Riverview Drive, Newburyport; were issued summonses Monday at 2:29 a.m. on a charge of procuring alcohol for a person under 21. At the same time, Shannon M. Dow, 20, 6 Coffins Court, Newburyport, Ryan Daly, 20, 1 Indian Hill Road, Sandown, N.H.; Jessica Lescrinier, 20, 36 Overlook Drive, Derry, N.H.; Jacob D. Picard, 20, 419 Main St., West Newbury; and Stephan Singer, 19, 5 Pond St., Newburyport; were issued summonses on a charge of person under 21 in possession of alcohol. Officer Bedard issued the summonses after an incident off Southern Boulevard.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Leonard Pufahi, 47, 1 Little Pine Lane, Exeter, N.H. was arrested Saturday at 1:30 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol. Trooper Schumaker made the arrest in Haverhill.

Jack Gosselin, 51, 5 Maple Ridge Road, Seabrook; James F. Nields IV, 49, 387 Greenwich Road, Hardwick; and John E. Ryan Jr., 59, 10 Hunters Run Place, Haverhill; were issued summonses Saturday at 9:25 a.m. on a charge of lewd, wanton and lascivious behavior. Trooper Orlando issued the summonses following an incident inside a public bathroom at the Merrimac rest stop off Route 495.

Rocco Izzo, 48, 17 Mary Ann Drive, Cranston, R.I. was issued a summons Saturday at 2:08 p.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding. Trooper Risteen issued the summons in Newbury.

Ronald M. Gray Jr., 34, 14 Country Ridge, Rochester, N.H. was issued a summons Sunday at 9:03 a.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding. Trooper Nangle issued the summons in Georgetown.

Daniel H. Kennedy, 41, 16 Canterbury Road, Winchester, was arrested Sunday at 5:06 p.m. and charged with violating an abuse prevention order. Trooper Lavita made the arrest at the Newbury barracks.
