Police Logs


Carlos R. Feliciano, 47, 194 Bruce St., Lawrence, was issued a summons Sunday at 8:59 p.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and obstructing an emergency vehicle. Officers Scott Peters and Guilmette issued the summons on Market Street.


The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Pearce Flynn, 21, 46 Jefferson St., Newburyport, was arrested Saturday at 2:41 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, marked lanes and a civil marijuana violation. Officers James Leavitt and Keith Forget made the arrest on Elm Street.

Stephen A. Lockhart, 47, 45 Central St., No. 2, Salisbury, was issued a summons Saturday at 7:54 p.m. on a charge of domestic assault and battery. Officers Leavitt and Craig Goodrich issued the summons on Central Avenue.

Robert Daniel Rave, 32, 47 Monroe St., Newburyport, was arrested Saturday at 11:44 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant and possession of a class C substance (klonopin). Officer Goodrich made the arrest on the Gillis Bridge, Route 1.

Gerald T. Fitzpatrick Jr., 42, 4 Paul Drive, Blackstone, was arrested Sunday at 12:26 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), negligent operation of a motor vehicle and marked lanes. Officers Leavitt and Tullercash made the arrest on Reservation Road.

Bruce William Montross, 25, 234 Low St., Newburyport, was arrested Sunday at 7:42 p.m. and charged with heroin possession, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense) and no inspection sticker. At the same time, Nicole Connor, 18, 125 Northend Blvd., Salisbury, was arrested and charged with possession of a class E substance. Officers Richard Dellaria and Patrick Szymkowski made the arrests on Beach Road.


The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Timothy E. Sanville, 49, 115 Cimarron, Apt. A1, Seabrook, was arrested Friday at 7:51 p.m. and charged with driving while intoxicated and endangering welfare of child or incompetent. Officer Kevin Gelineau made the arrest on Batchelder Road.
