Richard D. Brown Jr, 30, 194 Lafayette Road, Apt. 2E, Salisbury, was issued a summons Sunday at 5:43 a.m. om charges of operating a motor vehicle after revocation of registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Officer John Regan issued the summons on Route 1.

Harrison P. Gomes, 20, 28 Wildwood Drive, Newburyport; Michael D. Leahy, 21, 12 Temple Blvd., east, Newbury; and David Paul Kelleher, 21, 5 Riverview Drive, Newburyport; were issued summonses Monday at 2:29 a.m. on a charge of procuring alcohol for a person under 21. At the same time, Shannon M. Dow, 20, 6 Coffins Court, Newburyport, Ryan Daly, 20, 1 Indian Hill Road, Sandown, N.H.; Jessica Lescrinier, 20, 36 Overlook Drive, Derry, N.H.; Jacob D. Picard, 20, 419 Main St., West Newbury; and Stephan Singer, 19, 5 Pond St., Newburyport; were issued summonses on a charge of person under 21 in possession of alcohol. Officer Bedard issued the summonses after an incident off Southern Boulevard.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Leonard Pufahi, 47, 1 Little Pine Lane, Exeter, N.H. was arrested Saturday at 1:30 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol. Trooper Schumaker made the arrest in Haverhill.

Jack Gosselin, 51, 5 Maple Ridge Road, Seabrook; James F. Nields IV, 49, 387 Greenwich Road, Hardwick; and John E. Ryan Jr., 59, 10 Hunters Run Place, Haverhill; were issued summonses Saturday at 9:25 a.m. on a charge of lewd, wanton and lascivious behavior. Trooper Orlando issued the summonses following an incident inside a public bathroom at the Merrimac rest stop off Route 495.

Rocco Izzo, 48, 17 Mary Ann Drive, Cranston, R.I. was issued a summons Saturday at 2:08 p.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding. Trooper Risteen issued the summons in Newbury.

Ronald M. Gray Jr., 34, 14 Country Ridge, Rochester, N.H. was issued a summons Sunday at 9:03 a.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding. Trooper Nangle issued the summons in Georgetown.

Daniel H. Kennedy, 41, 16 Canterbury Road, Winchester, was arrested Sunday at 5:06 p.m. and charged with violating an abuse prevention order. Trooper Lavita made the arrest at the Newbury barracks.
