George W. Baletsa Jr., 45, 5 Austin Lane, Byfield; driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), not guilty; marked lanes and speeding, responsible, filed (Newbury).

NEWBURYPORT:The following jury-waived trial was recorded Monday, May 12, in Newburyport District Court with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

Shannon Dannible, 36, 64 Clinton St., ext., Amesbury; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, three months pretrial probation, $50 Victim-Witness Fund (Newbury).
