Seabrook I-95 ramp closed Sunday night

SEABROOK — On Sunday night, Exit 1 of I-95’s northbound off-ramp in Seabrook will be closed by the state Department of Transportation so work may be done on the Route 107 bridge/ I-95 overpass.

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation will close the ramp from 9 p.m. Sunday to 5 a.m. Monday. The closure will allow crews to pave the northbound off-ramp.

In addition to the ramp closure, construction crews will on Route 107 from May 18 to May 22, performing night work that includes paving and line striping on Route 107 and Batchelder Road.

This project involves the rehabilitation and widening of the the Route 107 bridge over I-95 and associated road work.

R.S. Audley, Inc. of Bow, N.H. is the general contractor for the $6.4 million project, which is scheduled to be completed in June 2014.
