Christopher J. Doherty, 36, 25 Pond St,. Amesbury; assault and battery, guilty, six months in house of corrections, sentence suspended for six months while on probation, complete Salvation Army program, stay away and no contact with victim, $50 VWF (Newburyport).

Chelsea R. Horton, 26, 164 Whitehall Road, B4A19, Amesbury; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense), continued without finding for 18 months, $50 VWF, no driving unless property licensed; fail to stop/yield, responsible, filed (Amesbury).

William E. Starnes, 35, 86 Northend Blvd., Salisbury; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license due to OUI, guilty, 120 days in house of corrections, 32 days deemed served, $1000 fine, $50 VWF; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense), dismissed; operating an unregistered motor vehicle, responsible, filed; lights violation, not responsible (Salisbury).

Neil F. O’Brien, 39, 183 Amesbury Road, Kensington, N.H.; driving while under the influence of alcohol, one year probation, $250 OUI fee, $50 OUI Victims Fund, $250 Head Injury Fund, $50 VWF, complete alcohol safety awareness program; 45-day loss of license (Newbury).

Stephanie A. Ezaty, 27, 106 Whitehall Road, No. 3, Amesbury; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, four months pretrial probation, $50 VWF; unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, dismissed; motor vehicle not meeting RMV standards, not responsible (Amesbury).
