The following item was recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Steven R. Richards, 41, 10 Sacks Way, No. 113, Salisbury, was arrested Sunday at 12:24 a.m. and charged with assault and battery on a police officer, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Officers Shawn Eaton and Eric Andrukaitis made the arrest on Highland Avenue.


The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Justin M. Krebs, 18, 4 Birchfield Road, Amesbury, was arrested Saturday at 5:59 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officer Jonathan Morrill made the arrest on Birchfield Road.

Barbara Halliday, 55, 102 Whitehall Road, No. 10, Amesbury, was issued a summons Sunday at 12:26 a.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Officer Morrill issued the summons on Whitehall Road.


The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Raymond L. Hill, 31, 281 South Main St., Seabrook, was issued a summons Friday at 4:53 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, disguise to obstruct justice, possession of a class B substance, no inspection sticker, an equipment violation and no seat belt. Officers Richard Dellaria, Michael Tullercash and Sgt. Eugene Scione issued the summons on Collins Street.

Steven R. Richards, 41, no fixed address, Salisbury, was arrested Friday at 11:55 p.m. and charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. Officer Tullercash and Detective Steven Sforza made the arrest on Baker Road.

Craig J. Baxter, 44, 8 West Running Brook Road, Billerica, was issued a summons Saturday at 1:52 p.m. on charges of operating an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle and a number plate violation to conceal identity. Sgt. Robert Roy and officer Keith Forget issued the summons on Elm Street.

Damar Bradshaw, 24, 15 Center St., Methuen, was issued a summons Saturday at 4:47 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. Officers Neil Moody and Juan Guillermo issued the summons on Beach Road.
