NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Nov. 27, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

Jason Allen, 35, 133 Elm St., Salisbury; assault and battery, domestic, pretrial probation, continued for one year. (Salisbury).

John Brittan, 20, 21 Phillips Drive, Newburyport; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding for one year, one year in alcohol safety awareness program, 210-day loss of license, OUI $250, Head Injury Fund $250, OUI-victim fund $50, Victim-Witness Fund $50; marked lanes violation, filed (State Police, Newbury).

Andrael Ball, 30, 6 Coombs Circle, Newburyport; driving while under the influence of alcohol, guilty, six months in house of correction, suspended for two years, two years’ loss of license, 14 days of in-patient care, HIF $250, OUI-victim $50, VWF $50 (Amesbury).

Kathleen Elwell, 29, 3 G St., Merrimac; operating uninsured motor vehicle, pretrial probation for three months, VWF $50; operating with suspended registration, concurrent with previous (Merrimac).

NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Nov. 28, with Judge Allen Swan presiding:

Melissa Young, 41, 5 Woodbury St., Gloucester; operating with a suspended license, continued without finding for three months, costs $300, Victim-Witness Fund $50; operating with no inspection sticker, filed; refusal to identify self, penalty concurrent with above continuation (West Newbury).

Michael Cappello, 37, 56 High St., Amesbury; disturbing the peace, guilty, fine $75, VWF $50, surfine $37.50 (Amesbury).

Kristen Demontier, 30, 36 John St., Haverhill; disturbing the peace, pretrial probation for two months, fine $75, VWF $50, surfine $37.50, (Newburyport).
