Give the gift of life at Christmas Eve blood drive

Trinity United Church will hold a blood drive with the American Red Cross at the Parish House on Christmas Eve from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. As a thank-you and symbol of the season of giving, donors will receive a coupon for a free, regular 6-inch sub at any participating Subway restaurant.

For each donation, it’s possible that three lives can be saved, and church officials urge residents to give the gift of life this holiday season.

Appointments are recommended and can be scheduled online at redcrossblood.org or by calling 1-800-RED CROSS (1-800-733-2767).

Trinity United Church holds a similar blood drive with the Red Cross every month. Trinity United’s parish house is located on Route 1, across from Town Hall.
