Police Logs


The following item was recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Ian M. Stanton, 32, 66 Main St., West Newbury, was issued a summons Saturday at 1:05 p.m. on a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Detective Matthew Simons issued the summons following an incident at the Storey Avenue Dunkin Donuts.


The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Senta Ferraro, 32, 17 Green St,. No. 89, Amesbury, was issued a summons Friday at 5:34 p.m. on charges of fail to stop/yield, failure to inspect motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Officer Jonathan Morrill issued the summons on Winkley Street.

David M. Gleed, 50, 320 Eastridge Circle, Mendon, Vt., was arrested Friday at 9:32 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, marked lanes, and child endangerment while OUI. Officers Steven Reed and Carl Lesage made the arrest on Market Street.

Andrea J. Buxton, 8 Church St., No. 1, Merrimac, was issued a summons Saturday at 9:59 p.m. on a charge of possession of a class C substance. Officers Scott Peters and David Noyes issued the summons on Whitehall Road.

Homero Augusto Rodriguez, 20, 77 Hawley St., Lawrence, was issued a summons Sunday at 1:15 a.m. on charges of marked lanes and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Officers Noyes and Kevin Mulrenin issued the summons on Macy Street.

Elizabeth M. Robertson, 30, 30 Hilltop Drive, Beverly, was arrested Sunday at 3:37 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. officers Raymond Landry and Larry Bybee made the arrest on Elm Street.

Lori A. Waring, 35, 4 Walker Road, No. 5, North Andover, was issued a summons Sunday at 6:29 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and failure to inspect. Officers Thomas Nichols and Noyes made the arrest on Main Street.
