Kathryn E. Donahue, 34, 28 Peaslee Terrace, Methuen, was issued a summons Friday at 6:47 p.m. on charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration. Trooper Giardino issued the summons in Salisbury.

Pedro A. Rodriguez, 29, 509 Westford St., No. 3, Lowell, was issued a summons Saturday at 6:17 p.m. on charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration. Trooper Katsarakes issued the summons in Merrimac.

Joel E. Irizarry, 33, 38 Elmwood Ave., Lowell, was issued a summons Saturday at 8:06 p.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Trooper Giardino issued the summons in Salisbury.

Jesse Warren, 26, 25 Cifre Lane, Plaistow, N.H. was arrested Sunday at 1:45 a.m. and charged with four previous warrants. Trooper Lione made the arrest in Salisbury.

Stephen K. Mattaliano, 36, 127 Marion St., No. 116, Boston, was issued a summons Sunday at 9:30 a.,m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license and speeding in violation of special regulations. Trooper Risteen issued the summons in Boxford.
