NEWBURYPORT

The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Howard L. Smith, 56, 118 Market St., Amesbury, was issued a summons Tuesday at 11:57 a.m. on charges of no inspection sticker, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. Officer John Gavin issued the summons on Merrimac Street.

AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Frank M. Lloyd, 25, 1 Arlington St., No. 14, Amesbury, was arrested Monday at 10:33 a.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officers Larry Bybee and Scott Peters made the arrest on Arlington Street.

Robert Everette, 54, 33 Glen Devin St., Amesbury, was issued a summons Monday at 2:19 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and fail to inspect. Officer Peters issued the summons on High Street.

SEABROOK

The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Robert A. Alder, 58, 288 South Main St., Seabrook; and Amber Souther, 44, 7 Folly Mill Terrace, Seabrook; were arrested Monday at 1:16 p.m. and charged with shoplifting. Officer Patrick Smart made the arrests at the Liberty Lane police station.

Keith Patrick McCabe, 39, 18 Mariette Drive, Portsmouth, N.H., was arrested Tuesday at 5:10 a.m. and charged with criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon. Officers Ryan Kane and Keith Dietenhofer made the arrest on Route 1.

NEWBURY

The following item was recorded in the Newbury police log:

Leyt Foster, 49, and Donald P. McCoy, 50, both of 33 Basin St., Newburyport, were issued summonses Monday at 3:26 p.m. on a charge of trespassing. Sgt. Patty Fisher and officer Michael Croteau issued the summonses near the Fordham Way beach access point.

ROWLEY

The following items were recorded in the Rowley police log:

Jonathan N. Ramos, 31, 25 Annis St., Methuen, was issued a summons Monday at 11:28 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. The summons was issued on Haverhill Street.

Sharon Leigh Tuzanski, 36, 155 Topsfield Road, Ipswich, was arrested Monday at 1:45 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. The arrest was made on Route 1.
