---- — NEWBURY — The Newbury Border to Boston Trail Committee invites trail abutters and all other interested parties to the second informal presentation of the 25% design of the rail trail. The plans will be available for viewing at the Newbury Library, 0 Lunt St., tomorrow from 6 to 7 p.m. A committee member will be available to answer questions.
