Dana H. Chooljian, 46, 156 Bachelor St., West Newbury, was arrested Saturday at 11:15 a.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license and speeding in violation of special regulations. Trooper Risteen issued the summons in Georgetown.

Michael Anthony Nelson, 23, 95 Bellvue Ave., Haverhill, was arrested Saturday at 2:40 p.m. and charged with two previous warrants, speeding in violation of special regulations and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Trooper Gondella made the arrest in Amesbury.

Raditya Purwahjo, 21, 1079 Commonwealth Ave., Boston, was issued a summons Saturday at 4:41 p.m. on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, racing a motor vehicle, speeding and marked lanes. Trooper O’Neill issued the summons in Newbury.

Carlos C. Vergara, 40, 224 Osgood St., Lawrence, was arrested Sunday at 9:25 a.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license as to being a habitual traffic offender, an equipment violation and no seat belt. Trooper Caranfa made the arrest in Haverhill.

Alberto A. Rodriguez, 38, 44 White St., No. 2, Haverhill, was issued a summons Sunday at 11:50 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. Trooper Caranfa issued the summons in Haverhill.

Aggie Y. Hernandez, 27, 19 Arlington St., 1 rear, Haverhill, was issued a summons Sunday at 12:55 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and license not in possession. Trooper Caranfa issued the summons in Haverhill.

Michael Taylor, age unknown, no fixed address, Haverhill, was arrested Sunday at 2 p.m. and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon (pellet gun) and disorderly conduct. Trooper Ciardiello made the arrest in Haverhill.

Vitalino DeLeon, 36, 5 Acton St., Lawrence, was arrested Sunday at 3:36 p.m. and charged with fail to identify self to police, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and fail to change lanes for emergency vehicle. At the same time, Cesar Camargo, 70, 70 Warren Ave., Apt. B8, Woburn, was issued a summons for allowing improper use of a motor vehicle. Trooper Grimes made the arrest in Amesbury.

Kristin M. Haskell, 45, 98 Central St., No. 209, Peabody, was issued a summons Monday at 1:20 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Trooper Caranfa issued the summons following a motor vehicle accident in Haverhill.
