NEWBURYPORT

The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Paul F. Moore, 24, 35 Attitash Ave., Merrimac, was arrested Tuesday at 7:28 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officer Chris McDonald made the arrest at the Green Street police station.

Jonathan P. Newton, 40, no fixed address, was issued a summons Wednesday at 9:38 a.m. on charges of trespassing and shoplifting. Officer Keith Carter issued the summons following an incident last week at Richdale Convenience Store, Pleasant Street.

NEWBURY

The following item was recorded in the Newbury police log:

Jennifer S. Cannell, 43, 35 Washington St., No. 301, Newburyport, was issued a summons Wednesday at 9:45 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration. Chief Michael Reilly issued the summons on Northern Boulevard.

ROWLEY

The following items were recorded in the Rowley police log:

Timothy Lancaster Watkins, 43, 10 West Ox Pasture Lane, Rowley, was arrested Monday at 7:27 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, leaving scene of property damage, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, child endangerment while OUI and marked lanes. The arrest was made on Wethersfield Street.

Michael J. Marcucci, 19, 266 Asbury St., South Hamilton, was issued a summons Tuesday at 9:38 p.m. on charges of leave scene after property damage and marked lanes. The summons was issued on Haverhill Street.
