District COURT

SEABROOK: The following cases were recorded at 10th Circuit Court, Seabrook District Division, the week ending Friday, April 12, 2013.

Steven M. Nicoles, 51, 32 Ashworth Ave., No. 212, Hampton, N.H.; simple assault, not prosecuted (charge discontinued) (Hampton).

Bryant S. Jerrold, 57, 4 Pleasant St., Salisbury; aggravated driving while intoxicated, guilty, $930 fine, 17 days in the house of corrections, three days to be served and 14 days suspended conditioned upon compliance with the installation of an ignition interlock device for 12 months and beginning the Impaired Driver Care Management Program within 14 days, 18-month loss of license (Hampton).

Bradley A. Smith, 23, 9 Vendome St., Merrimac; driving while intoxicated, guilty, $620 fine, 9-month loss of license and completion of the IDCMP program (Seabrook).

Jennifer Erickson, 33, 21 L St., Hampton, N.H.; violation of probation, six months in the house of corrections, committed (Seabrook).

Camden W. Valliere, 33, 21 High St., Amesbury; driving while intoxicated (subsequent offense), verdict of not guilty after jury-waived trial (Hampton).

SEABROOK: The following case was recorded at 10th Circuit Court, Seabrook District Division, the week ending Friday, April 19, 2013.

William Bagley, 68 Long Shore Drive, Georgetown; reckless driving, guilty, $620 file, 90-day loss of license, providing proof of an evaluation by Licensed Alcohol and Drug Addiction Counselor within 90 days, with follow-up on recommendations (N.H. State Police).
