Police Logs

STATE POLICE

The following item was recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Tia Walsh, 27, 34 Coolidge St., Floor 1, Lawrence, was issued a summons Monday at 1:50 a.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and defective equipment. Trooper Topping issued the summons in Haverhill.

NEWBURYPORT

The following item was recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Jeffrey S. Allen, 48, 31 Marquand Lane, Newburyport, was arrested Monday at 2:16 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officers Dani Michalek, Eric Marshall and Jason Kohan made the arrest at the Newburyport police station on Green Street.

GROVELAND

The following item was recorded in the Groveland police log:

Dalto P. Junior, 36, 250 Boardman St., Haverhill, was issued a summons Monday at 8:20 a.m. on a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a license. Detective James Morton issued the summons on School Street.

AMESBURY

The following items were recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Tina M. Fallon, 37, 76.5 Friend St., No. 8, Amesbury, was arrested Sunday at 4:33 p.m. and charged with being a fugitive from justice on a court warrant. Sgt. Albert Chatigny and officers Kevin Mulrenin and Larry Bybee made the arrest on Friend Street.

Kimberly A. Nichols, 24, 4 Lincoln Court, Amesbury, was arrested Sunday at 10:04 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct. Officers Michael Purvis, David Clark and Larry Bybee made the arrest on School Street.

SEABROOK

The following item was recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Brianna L. Beliveau, 23, 60 Pine St., rear, Seabrook; Samantha Hawkins, 24, 12 Lafayette Road, Amesbury; and Michael A. Ansaldi, 30, 13 Seabrook Road, Salisbury; were arrested Wednesday at 8:50 p.m. by Sgt. David Buccheri, Sgt. John Wasson and officers John Mounsey and Chester Felch after police responded to a shoplifting call at Kohl's Department Store on Route 1.

Believeau was charged with shoplifting, receiving stolen property and criminal liability for the conduct of another. Hawkins was charged with two counts of conspiracy to commit a theft, two counts of possession of controlled/narcotic drugs, receiving stolen property and shoplifting. Ansaldi was charged with two counts of conspiracy to commit theft.

SALISBURY

The following item was recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Jonathan C. Harrison, 20, 12 Glenwood Ave., Salisbury, was arrested Sunday at 4:32 p.m. and charged with daytime breaking and entering, larceny over $250 and possession of a class B substance. Officer Joseph Anderson made the arrest on Ferry Road.
