NEWBURYPORT: The following jury-waived trials were recorded Friday, Aug. 16, at Newburyport District Court with Judge Peter Doyle presiding:

Michael Juozokas, 46, 146 Clark Road, Rye, N.H.; drug possession, class A drug, drug possession, class B drug, continued without finding for one year, $200 fine, Victim-Witness Fund $50, outpatient services for drug treatment (State Police).

Thomas Mondalto, 55, 10 Barlett Place, Amesbury; driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), continued without finding for one year, 45-day loss of license, OUI fund $250, head-injury fund $250, OUI victims fund $50, VWF $50, (Amesbury).

Jaime Lee Marshall, 32, 10 Beach Road, Salisbury; operating motor vehicle with suspended license, continued without finding for six months, VWF $50 (Salisbury).

Dennis Graf, 26, 65 Rocks Road, Seabrook; driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), guilty, two years probation, two-year loss of license, 14-day in-patient clinic, OUI-victim fund $250, VWF $50, OUI $50 (Newbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Thursday, Aug. 22, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury-waived trials:

Barbara Cloutman, 41, 12 Pike St., Salisbury; larceny of a credit card, guilty, six months in the house of correction; improper use of a credit card under $250, guilty, six months in the house of correction; credit card fraud over $250, guilty, two and a half years in the house of correction, 18 months to be served with balance suspended for four years, 86 days credit, no drugs or alcohol with random screenings; making a false statement to obtain a credit card, guilty, one year in the house of correction, credit 86 days; forgery of document, dismissed; forgery of a credit card, guilty, two and a half years in the house of correction, suspended for four years; credit card fraud over $250, guilty, two and a half years in the house of correction, suspended for four years (Salisbury).

Jesiah Hammond, 37, 67 Purchase St., Newburyport; operating under the influence of alcohol (second offense), guilty, two years probation, 14 days of inpatient care, drug and alcohol evaluation, 90-day loss of license, $250 head injury assessment, $50 OUI Victims, $50 VWF; leaving the scene of property damage, dismissed; domestic assault and battery, guilty, six months in the house of correction, four days to be served, balance deemed served and suspended for two years, no abuse of victim, drug and alcohol free with random screenings, must use a SmartStart PBT, $350 batterer’s fee, $50 VWF; domestic assault and battery, guilty, six months in the house of correction, four days to be served, balance deemed served; domestic assault and battery, dismissed; disorderly conduct, guilty, filed; disturbing the peace, guilty, filed (Newbury).
