Barbara Cloutman, 41, 12 Pike St., Salisbury; larceny of a credit card, guilty, six months in the house of correction; improper use of a credit card under $250, guilty, six months in the house of correction; credit card fraud over $250, guilty, two and a half years in the house of correction, 18 months to be served with balance suspended for four years, 86 days credit, no drugs or alcohol with random screenings; making a false statement to obtain a credit card, guilty, one year in the house of correction, credit 86 days; forgery of document, dismissed; forgery of a credit card, guilty, two and a half years in the house of correction, suspended for four years; credit card fraud over $250, guilty, two and a half years in the house of correction, suspended for four years (Salisbury).

Jesiah Hammond, 37, 67 Purchase St., Newburyport; operating under the influence of alcohol (second offense), guilty, two years probation, 14 days of inpatient care, drug and alcohol evaluation, 90-day loss of license, $250 head injury assessment, $50 OUI Victims, $50 VWF; leaving the scene of property damage, dismissed; domestic assault and battery, guilty, six months in the house of correction, four days to be served, balance deemed served and suspended for two years, no abuse of victim, drug and alcohol free with random screenings, must use a SmartStart PBT, $350 batterer’s fee, $50 VWF; domestic assault and battery, guilty, six months in the house of correction, four days to be served, balance deemed served; domestic assault and battery, dismissed; disorderly conduct, guilty, filed; disturbing the peace, guilty, filed (Newbury).

Jonathan Jette, 28, of 20 Atwood St., Newburyport; domestic assault and battery, one year of pretrial probation, no abuse of victim; domestic assault and battery, continued without finding for one year, no drug and alcohol with random screenings, no abuse of victim, $50 VWF (Newburyport).

Melissa Goodwin, 34, 4 Walnut Ave, North Hampton, N.H.; operating an uninsured motor vehicle, dismissed; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, dismissed (Amesbury).

Brian Dougherty, 24, 52 Mt. Pleasant St., North Billerica; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding for one year, must complete an alcohol safety awareness program, 45-day loss of license, $250 OUI fee, $250 head injury fund, $50 OUI Victims, $50 VWF; marked lanes violation, not responsible (Newbury).

Nicholas Fitzpatrick, 32, 636 Chickering Road, North Andover; domestic assault and battery, continued without finding for one year, no abuse of victim, must continue with bi-weekly alcohol abuse counseling (Salisbury).
