On this day in 1920, The Daily News Advertised a new housing development named Moseley Park. It is located between Moseley Avenue and Ferry Road. With over 250 lots of high, dry, level and all cleared land. Good garden soil and no stones. Lots being offered for $79-$179 with a 10 percent discount for cash.
