CORRECTION: Monday’s Newburyport police log erroneously reported that Sarah Waterhouse, 17, of Merrimac was arrested at Woodman Way Saturday for possession of alcohol. She was not involved at all in the Woodman Way incident, nor was she arrested. During the process of recording an arrest incident at Woodman Way, police made a clerical error.

NEWBURYPORT

The following item was recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Chad R. Turilli, 33, 43 Doiron Road, Windham, N.H., was issued a summons Tuesday at 9:23 a.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and an equipment violation. Officer Gregory Whitney issued the summons on Route 1.

AMESBURY

The following item was recorded in the Amesbury police log:

Taya Ethier, 27, 59 North Road, Kingston, N.H., was arrested Wednesday at 12:48 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and a lights violation. Officers Steven Reed and Ronald Guilmette made the arrest on Macy Street.

SALISBURY

The following item was recorded in the Salisbury police log:

David Michael Gonzagowski, 5 Clemente Ave., Kingston, N.H., was arrested Tuesday at 4:38 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officer Richard Dellaria made the arrest at the Railroad Avenue police station.

MERRIMAC

The following items were recorded in the Merrimac police log:

Bruce Daniels, 43, 11 Summer St., Merrimac, was issued a summons Sunday at 5:32 p.m. on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Officer Robert Coppola issued the summons on Summer Street.

Maurice Price, 41, 27 Fifth Ave., Haverhill, was arrested Tuesday at 6:10 a.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license due to OUI. Officer Steven Ringuette made the arrest on Mill Street.
