SEABROOK CIRCUIT COURT

SEABROOK: The following cases were recorded at 10th Circuit Court, Seabrook Division the week ending Friday, Aug. 23.

James R. Savilonis, 36, 117 Cedar St., Manchester, Conn.; possession of controlled/narcotic drugs, guilty, $434 fine, suspended, 180 days in the house of corrections, suspended, all conditioned upon one year good behavior;* possession of controlled/narcotic drugs (marijuana), guilty, $434 fine, suspended, conditioned upon one year good behavior (Seabrook).

Ryan C. Dow, 29, 51A Worthley Ave., Seabrook; knowingly obtaining controlled drugs, guilty, 180 days in the house of correction, suspended conditioned upon 18 months good behavior; theft by unauthorized taking, dismissed; criminal mischief (vandalism), dismissed (Seabrook).

SEABROOK: The following cases were recorded at 10th Circuit Court, Seabrook Division the week ending Friday, Aug. 30.

Shane M. Smith, 26, 18 Woodman Way, Unit 15, Newburyport; reckless driving, guilty, $1,120 fine, $500 suspended, 90-day loss of license conditioned upon one year good behavior which includes the defendant obtaining an evaluation from a licensed alcohol and drug counselor within 60 days and providing proof to the state (New Hampshire State Police).

Brian J. Sheehan, 30, 11 Merrimack Terrace, Dracut; disorderly conduct, guilty, $124 fine; resisting arrest, guilty, $248 fine (Seabrook).

Richard J. Cahoon, 23, 9 Crain Crossing Road, Plaistow, N.H.; possession of controlled/narcotic drugs (marijuana), nol prossed (charge discontinued); criminal liability for the conduct of another, guilty, 180 days in the house of correction, suspended, one year probation, conditioned upon one year good behavior (Seabrook).

Mark T. Silva, 29, 12 Carr Road, Saugus; possession of controlled/narcotic drugs (marijuana), guilty, $300 fine (Seabrook).

*Good behavior includes, but is not limited to no felony, misdemeanor or major motor vehicle violations.
