The following items were recorded in the Newburyport police log:

Two juveniles were issued summonses Saturday at 8:14 p.m. on charges of shoplifting. The summonses were issued following an incident at Richdale on Pleasant Street.

Demitri Tucci, 19, 8 Dudley Court, Lowell, was arrested Saturday at 11:34 p.m. and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and two counts of assault and battery. Officers Dani Michalek, Craig Goodrich, Richard Rocco and Chris McDonald made the arrest following an incident at Plum Island Point near Captain’s Fishing Parties.

AMESBURY

Greg W. Burrill, 32, 10 Aubin St., Amesbury, was arrested Saturday at 6:34 p.m. and charged with a previous warrant. Officer Jonathan Morrill and Sgt. David Noyes made the arrest on Macy Street.

Alpha Jalloh, 41, 164 Whitehall Road, Apt. B2A5, Amesbury, was issued a summons Saturday at 11 p.m. on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Officer Charles Sciacca and Sgt. Michael Purvis issued the summons on High Street.

SALISBURY

The following items were recorded in the Salisbury police log:

Randy Robert Jameson, 54, 100 Island Path, Hampton, N.H., was arrested Saturday at 8:56 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), marked lanes and registration not in possession. Officers Richard Dellaria and Daniel McNeil made the arrest on Bridge Road.

Derek A. Brooks, 26, 37 Torne St., Reading, was arrested Sunday at 1:43 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and marked lanes. Officers James Leavitt made the arrest on Beach Road.

SEABROOK

The following items were recorded in the Seabrook police log:

Robert A. Rodgers II, 27, 9 Glenwood Ave., Salisbury, was arrested Friday at 2:24 p.m. and charged with shoplifting. Officer John Mounsey made the arrest at Walmart on Route 1.

Kristi Tetreault, 34, 23 Pages Lane, Hampton Falls, N.H., and Scott J. Silva, 26, 74 Washington St., Seabrook, were arrested Saturday at 2:44 p.m. and charged with resisting arrest or detention. Tetreault was also charged with being a fugitive from justice. Officers Patrick Smart, Mounsey and Justin Murphy made the arrests on Washington Street. Hours later, Silva was taken into custody again and charged with criminal trespassing and default or breach of bail conditions, also on Washington Street.

GROVELAND

The following items were recorded in the Groveland police log:

James F. McCarthy, 52, 181 Topsfield Road, No. 151, Boxford, was issued a summons Friday at 10 a.m. on charges of larceny by check (three counts), larceny of property more than $250 (two counts), two counts of forgery and two counts of uttering a forged instrument. Detective James Morton issued the summons on Main Street.

Kathleen M. Will, 56, 103 Lakeshore Drive, Georgetown, was issued a summons Saturday at 5:28 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Officer Eric Ryan issued the summons on School Street.

MERRIMAC

The following items were recorded in the Merrimac police log:

Lucas McAllister, 21, 33 Hillside Ave., Amesbury, was issued a summons Friday at 4:50 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Officer Robert Coppola issued the summons on East Main Street.

Ryan Beaudoin, 18, 6 Greenleaf Park, Merrimac, was arrested Friday at 8:26 p.m. and charged with four previous warrants. Officer Coppola made the arrest on Merrimac Avenue.

STATE POLICE

The following items were recorded at the Newbury barracks:

Brendan J. Hegarty, 24, 82 High St., Ipswich, was arrested Friday at 7:34 a.m. and charged with possession of child pornography and distribute material of child in the nude. Trooper Dowling made the arrest at the suspect’s address after a search warrant was issued.

Cleide V. Cavalcante, 37, 4 Eliot Place, Peabody, was issued a summons Friday at 3:36 p.m. on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and marked lanes. Trooper Schumaker issued the summons in Newbury.
