---- — NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Wednesday, Sept. 11, with Judge Allen Swan presiding over the jury-waived trials.

Nathan Bowman, 26, 11 Bay Road. Apt. 4, Newmarket, N.H; breaking and entering for a misdemeanor, guilty, nine months in the house of correction, 60 days to be served and the balance suspended with one year probation conditioned upon remaining drug and alcohol free and completing the Office of Community Correction level 3 program, $50 Victim/Witness Fund (VWF) assessment; larceny under $250, guilty, nine months in the house of correction, 60 days to be served and the balance suspended with one year probation, to be served concurrently and under the same conditions (Amesbury).

Roy L. Morehouse, 46, 36 Locust St., Salisbury; domestic assault and battery, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon no abuse of the victim, remaining drug and alcohol fee and undergoing alcohol and substance abuse counseling, $50 VWF, $200 court costs (Salisbury).

Thomas Sewall, 46, 3 Currier Ave., Merrimac; operating with suspended registration, uninsured motor vehicle, VWF, $50, pretrial probation until March 10, 2014 (Merrimac).

Daniel Barrow, 19, 1 Den-Rael Drive, Salisbury; indecent assault and battery on person over 14, dismissed (Salisbury).

Betina Shangraw, 29, 14 Baker St., Postmills, Vt.; driving under the influence of alcohol, child endangerment while driving under the influence of alcohol, admission to facts, OUI, $250; head-injury fund, $250, OUI victim fund, $50, VWF, $50; loss of license for one year, house of correction for 90 days, suspended for one year (Salisbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following case was recorded at Newburyport District Court on Wednesday, Sept. 11, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury-waived trial.

Steven M. Morgan, 26, 13 Jefferey Lane, Haverhill; negligent driving, guilty, $200 fine, $50 surfine, $50 VWF, $250 Head Injury Fund assessment; unlicensed driving, guilty, filed; speeding, responsible, filed (Amesbury).

Brian Gerraughty, 48, 989 Ocean Way, Hampton, N.H.; assault and battery, intimidation of a witness, admission to facts, $50 VWF, continued without finding for one year, no abuse of victim; intimidation count was dismissed (Amesbury).

Adam Boucher, 19, 19 Murdock Road, Salisbury; stalking, accosting a person of the opposite sex, threat to commit a crime; count one, dismissed at request of Commonwealth; count two, admission to facts, continued without finding for one year; count three, same finding as count two, anger management classes (Newbury).

David Hartman, 43, 80 Pickering St., Danvers; larceny over $250 (stealing cables from MBTA property), admission to facts, continued without finding for 18 months, costs, $500, VWF, $90; (MBTA police)

David Houghton, 36, 11 Hill St., Newburyport; driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense, jury trial, not guilty (Salisbury).

Alexander Thornton, 19, 1 Back River Road, Amesbury; operating uninsured motor vehicle, plate violation, dismissed (Amesbury).

NEWBURYPORT: The following cases were recorded at Newburyport District Court on Thursday, Sept. 12, with Judge Peter Doyle presiding over the jury-waived trials.

Anna M. Allen, 53, 47 Chippy Lane, Methuen; driving while under the influence of alcohol, continued without finding and probation for one year conditioned upon completion of the alcohol safety awareness program, 45-days loss of license, $50 VWF, $250 Head Injury Fund, $250, OUI fee, $50 OUI victim fund; wrong way on state highway, not responsible (Newburyport).

Kelly M. Bradshaw, 29, 72 River St., Apt. 4, Haverhill; eight counts of larceny of merchandise worth over $250 (household furniture), guilty on all counts, for each conviction a sentence was imposed of two years in the house of correction, one year to be served and the balance suspended with two years probation. The sentences are to be served concurrently. (Groveland).
