SEABROOK: The following cases were recorded at 10th Circuit Court, Seabrook District Division, on Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2012, with Judge James Patten presiding over the jury-waived trials:

Ryan Houlihan, 19, 137 South Shore Road, Webster, Mass., filing a false report to law enforcement, nol prossed (discontinued) (Seabrook).

Deborah Sliker, 53, 15 Elephant Rock Road, Seabrook; driving while under the influence of alcohol, guilty, $602 fine, nine-month loss of license (Seabrook).

Robert April, 43, 6 Janvrin Drive, Seabrook, filing false public alarm, guilty,123 days in house of correction, committed and deemed served (Seabrook).

Zachary O. Nawn, 20, 37 Pickens Ave., Seabrook, possession of controlled/narcotic drugs (marijuana), guilty, $350 fine, suspended; possession of an open container of alcohol by a person under age of 21, guilty, $100 fine, suspended (Seabrook).

Mark R. Schwarz, 38, 16A Meadow Fox Road, North Hampton; theft (shoplifting), guilty, 10 days in house of correction, committed (Seabrook).

Lynn A. Eaton, 47, 11 Breakers-by-the-Sea, Hampton; theft (shoplifting), guilty, 21 days in house of correction, committed (Seabrook).

Lynn Eaton, 47, 120 Lower Collins St., Unit B, Seabrook; simple assault, complaint placed on file without finding, conditioned upon one year good behavior (Seabrook).

Deborah Ingham, 44, 7 Fieldstone Lane, Hampton Falls; negligent driving, complaint placed on file without finding, conditioned upon one year good behavior (Seabrook).
