Byfield sets outdoor watering restrictions

BYFIELD — The Byfield Water District Commission has declared a state of water conservation. All residents are required to follow these conservation rules until further notice.

The following mandatory water restrictions have been established:

Odd-even outdoor watering: outdoor watering by users with odd-numbered addresses is restricted to odd-numbered days. Even-numbered addresses are restricted to even-numbered days; outdoor water hours are restricted to 6 a.m. to 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.; filling of swimming pools is prohibited.
